Frequently Asked Questions
Robotronics ships to all parts of Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
All shipping is calculated based on weight and size and sent using Australia Post parcel post, parcel post satchels, or Fastways national satchels. Australia Post and Fastways both provide tracking numbers which you will receive in an order update email.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours week days.
Your order status and history can be viewed by logging in via the "My Account" section of the sidebar and then selecting order history.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via credit card or Paypal. Both credit card payments and Paypal payments are processed through Paypal's payment gateway. You do not need to have or sign up for a Paypal account to pay by this gateway.
We stock all the products we sell. If we don't have the product in stock it will be displayed as "out of stock" on the web site.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. We try to ship our orders as fast as possible and can only accept a cancellation if the order has not been posted.
Problem with my order
If you have a problem with your order please contact us so we can resolve it. We want our customer to be happy and get exactly what they ordered. We try our best to be very clear about what you are getting and provide accurate photos.

This webiste uses industry standard SSL encryption on all pages that have personal information. For payment processing you are passed to Paypal's secure payment gateway, we do not take payment details or credit card details on the Robotronics website. We leave that to the experts.
